1. The service

Wombie provides pregnancy-related information and tools, including progress tracking, food checks, ultrasound archive, educational content, an AI assistant, and other supporting features. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Not medical advice

All content and AI output is general information and education only. Wombie does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Contact healthcare professionals for emergencies or medical decisions.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Use strong authentication and report unauthorized access promptly.

4. Your content

You retain rights to photos and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide Wombie to you (and your linked partner, if applicable).

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the service or harm other users
• Upload illegal, misleading, or third-party-rights-violating content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data
• Use Wombie for commercial purposes without written consent

6. AI assistant

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on AI as your only source for health, nutrition, or pregnancy decisions. Verify important information with trusted sources or clinicians.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, updates, or force majeure may cause temporary disruption.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wombie and its developers are not liable for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the app, including decisions based on app or AI content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service anytime and delete your account in the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; if unresolved, through competent forums in Indonesia.
